Shiny Shadow Lugia-XD002

I have dicided to stop drawing eevees *sifflel* and start drawing LUGIAS!!!! ^^Lugias are much more fun to draw but much harder..BUT THAT IS A GOOD THING! Since ther is no more eevees there is no more eeveeodd sooooo........yeah...eeveeodd fans can cry.... But this lugia you will see often because this is the lugia that is replacing eeveeodd ^^ yep meet XD002.
